Usually you will need to provide us with contact information including phone numbers, e-mail, website address, company name etc. Also if you want to use your images/logo you need to provide these files as well. There is an option for using licenced images from Adobe Stock Images.

Not everyone. Only those for which you have a license or a certificate of purchase/ownership.

It all depends on the scale of the printout. If the difference in size is not too large, it is enough to just convert the image to the new scale while maintaining the image quality. However, if the target image size is large enough to affect the print / display quality, it will be required to create an identical image (e.g. logo) from scratch or search for a similar image with a satisfactory resolution.

If the size of those images does not exceed 10MB, you can attach them to the e-mail. Otherwise, upload them to Google Drive, share them, and provide us with a link to those files.

There are many platforms that allow you to download images for a fee with a license to use them. We use Adobe Stock Images.

Yes of course. Before you will accept the project, we will present mockups to show how the graphics will look on a various media.
