I have a digital copy of a picture in a low resolution. Is it possible to turn it into a larger picture, e.g. for large-scale printing?
It all depends on the scale of the printout. If the difference in size is not too large, it is enough to just convert the image to the new scale while maintaining the image quality. However, if the target image size is large enough to affect the print / display quality, it will be required to create an identical image (e.g. logo) from scratch or search for a similar image with a satisfactory resolution.
How should I send pictures that I would like to be used in the project?
If their size does not exceed 10MB, you can attach them to the e-mail. Otherwise, upload them to Google Drive and share them, and provide us with a link to them in an email.
Where I should look for high resolution images?
There are many platforms that allow you to download images for a fee with a license to use them. We use Adobe Stock Images.
Does the logo (or other) design include getting the source file for possible later modification?
There is such an option at an additional cost. This is detailed in the Client Brief.
Will I be able to see what my graphic looks like before accepting the artwork?
Yes of course. In addition, in some cases we will present mockups to show how the graphics will look like on a car or a room wall etc.
Can I add any graphics from the Internet to the project?
Not everyone. Only those for which you have a license or a certificate of purchase/ownership.

Some of our services are priced separately based on factors such as proposed budget, project complexity and estimated time to complete.
Can I count on any discount or promotion?
Current promotions can be found here. Depending on the size of the project and the periodicity of the services ordered from us, it is possible to take a promotional approach in in setting the project price.
